I've been trying to get Ubuntu to run for the past few days and haven't been able to boot with two of my hard drives attached due to a modprobe error with my highpoint rocketraid 1520 sata controller. I followed your instructions and it resolved my issue! I still can't seem to get the drives to work, but at least no more modprobe issues. I've looked all over the place and asks lots of people for help, and you were the one with the info I needed!

Hopefully this post will now show up in searches for /sbin/modprobe along with htp366 and highpoint 1520, so others can easily find it. ;)</description>
